Very poor leadership and management is focused only on short term gain rather than long term vision.
Not much opportunity for career development. People are hired in hurry and placed on projects without analyzing the capability and alignment for making quick money.
Overall compensation for your work
Hiring is quick will provide high salary to motivate people to join. Career progression chances are very remote.
Suggestions for improvement
- Leadership need to ensure that right people are at the leading position, leading projects. Thought leadership is very poor which contributing to losing projects
