Never feel safe. Your job is always on the line even if you are a top performer.
I was a 4th highest producer in company and couldn't hit my goals. Very unrealistic and it hurt your pay. Management would "pit" us against each other to try to find out how things were...Very High School. They ask opinions, say they will make changes, then go back on what they say they will do.
That was the saving grace for me. The other employees are great.
Horrible about positive feedback. They never give you that, and when they do there is always a backhanded compliment about how you don't do enough.
No, it is actually reverse equality. They are promoted just because they are women, even though there are men who do the job better.
It is really fast paced and some older people don't keep up well, because of that they suffer and are mistreated by management.
They boast this, but it is a "good old boys club". One of the top leaders actually said "Just drink the Koolade" to one of the top performers.
Horrible compensation, poor expensive benefits. Might as well be self employed.
These are ok
They pick and choose who they will let get away with things. People get fired for stupid reasons while others who should be fired for comments and things aren't.
Long hours, require you to work in the evenings from home without any extra pay.
Everyone except for management hates it, and yes it does reflect the reality of what goes on there.
I was the 4th highest producer and was let go for no reason. I was not defiant, nor did I fall below on unrealistic goals. I was asked to give them feedback on how they could improve and I gave it to them the way they asked me to. Politely.
Yes, you have the tools you need to do your job.
Great job. The work is actually fun if you are successful and get along with good customers
No, just flat out NO.
The people I worked with and the job that I did as an account manager.
Nepotism among leadership; VERY poor/negative company culture; C.E.O. and other VP's were very unprofessional and didn't know what they were doing. Ridiculous benefits and incentives; Impossible goals; Earning potential was poor.
