They talk the talk, but don't walk the walk
Support from management
The leaders meet and listen to concerns and even come up with some decent solutions. However, they lack the ability to take action and nothing changes. Ever. A year later the same people will have another meeting abiut the same problem and wonder why it's still a problem.
It used to be much better, but over the past couple of years, departments that used to work well together are now pointing fingers and are just trying to keep a float.
Freedom to work independently
Very little feedback, oversight or leadership
Still working through the good ole boy network
The work is challenging and overwhelming as the cut staff
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to those that know the day to day grind and then actually make changes instead of talking about it meeting after meeting after meeting. Upper management is completely out of touch with their employees.
What I like about the company
I loved the people i worked with in the trenches. They were like family.
What I dislike about the company
They work the best employees into the ground. Their processes are nonexistent and they make the same mistakes over and over again. Instead of listening to the people in the trenches and work toward change, they just keep making bigger messes.
