Suggestions for improvement
- Treating employees as more than numbers could be helpful. Granting remote access to people who have been there long enough that trust is instilled would be great.
They talk the talk, but don't walk the walk
The leaders meet and listen to concerns and even come up with some decent solutions. However, they lack the ability to take action and nothing changes. Ever. A year later the same people will have another meeting abiut the same problem and wonder why it's still a problem.
It used to be much better, but over the past couple of years, departments that used to work well together are now pointing fingers and are just trying to keep a float.
