Suggestions for improvement
- I wouldn’t change anything about the workplace culture. Everyone at EHMC works as a team and it’s very family oriented.
The approach to health is focused on pharmaceutical.
It is very prejudice and treats certain employees very unfair and does not give consideration for those who try to keep up to date in innovative approach to health care. They give no compensation for advanced credentials, do not pay for CEUS couldn't careless about education and cost of maintaining credentials. They discriminate on the basis of race, age and gender and reward the negative employees behavior and punish the positive.
Supervisors pretend to care but it's all fake. They gossip about employees with other management and employees and are overall non competent and petty when it comes to handling situations.
Most employees are kind, and fair. Some are nasty but that's with every work place. Amount of gossip depends on which department you work in and how unprofessional the management is
Benefits are great, salary is lowest in all the area hospitals.
