The culture shift in the past year was not for the best.
Support from management
Regional clinical support was all the support. Regional support for operations was just not there.
On the house level it was great. Above that the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing.
Freedom to work independently
We definitely worked independently!
The Regional team was not good at responding to ground level situations.
More female than male
Attitude towards older colleagues
No backup or re-enforcement. If you were over 35 they started phasing out unless you were one of their corporate guru’s
Overall compensation for your work
Low pay for a 24/7 career
Office / Work Environment
It was good at house level
None. If you were the Executive Director or mutes you better be able to figure it out, because 90% of the time you were alone. So 24/7 Work
Depended on your occupancy
Execellent as it was an Assisted Living
We were on a budget and had to make it work...,
Very challenging, to balance budget against workers needed to safely take care of the residents.
Inclusive / Diverse
