They give seconds to put up several programs with limited servers, penalized for opening up seconds earlier or later than start time, resulting in pay for 2wk people to lower.
Equity point system keeps you frantic, as a delay due to servers often happens. Very difficult to pay daily expenses when pay suddenly is reduced for reasons outside your control.
Mandatory overtime is inconvenient, as well as being sent home early.
Joked about as the Plantation. Causes one to constantly count seconds due to penalty payment and sliding pay .
What I dislike about the company
They penalize you if you put your programs up 2 minutes before start time, saying a customer may call yet don't give enough time to find servers for 5 programs that are mandatory to Begin work. Then the work that you've done and rated as top pay for those two weeks, it's suddenly reduced buy $2 an hour. Very unreliable.
