No trust in new management. They cut so many people everyone is worried about having a job never mind a career.
Support from management
New upper management team in Pittsburgh. They came in and cleaned house. Many good experienced people let go for no other reason then they where making good salaries. They did it by making in achievable goal.
Attitude towards older colleagues
New management does not care if you have given 20 years if you make to much money your gone. Some sooner then others. They will ask you to take a significant pay cut or even in some cases a demotion. If you don't they say goodbye!!
