- Balance and less politics. More regulated opportunities for unestablished talent.

It is employee owned company
I thought it is employee owned company and will treat employee as owner. But I was laid off on the same day without any notice and very limited severance package. My phone was also wiped out because I installed company email on my personal phone. There was no warning while I was laid off that the phone would be wiped out within an hour.
Very distinctional, often verbally abusive. Reporting gets you in trouble.
Very silo'd - no cross department teaming is encouraged
You need to drive yourself. Management is by chance, not by planning.
Many "secret" communications - don't tell anyone, but...
Casual, but crowded.
