- Develop a reasonable and realistic business plan that reaches farther into the future; Bring key people, including operations personnel together for strategzing market sectors, specific projects and capture plans; Motivate personnel through camaraderie and involvement, not isolation; Streamline overhead functions and put more emphasis on operations and income providers as well as client satisfaction.
