Good effort but the derision between technicians and office staff was significantly detrimental.
Support from Management
Lacked ability to bridge gap between technicians and office staff.
Non-existent with technicians.
Level of Autonomy
Did allow one to make decisions in the field.
Very good and had to be. Still some things would not get done correctly.
Overall Compensation for your work
Benefits were fair. Not sure how that has been impacted by the ACA.
About 40% of the previous years compensation was outstanding when I left.
And I never saw any of it.
