Management was never honest with employees about how they felt about there work or personality.
Those that worked hard worked hard together as a team. Those employees that slacked and cheated the system kept to themselves and never assisted the team
Suggestions for improvement
- Have an actual open door policy where HR actually helps the employee and management communicate rather than HR being powerless.
