Suggestions for improvement
- Remove current Management staff and hire new from outside the company. Hire better quality employees. Expand the office or move to a bigger location.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
The Tinley Park IL office is relatively small with a lot of employees. The management team never changed in the four years I was employed there. Management are all "Friends' so there is no room for advancement. Most management staff have hired relatives that sometimes work directly for their relative. There are only two small break rooms. The womens restroom only has three stalls however the office is mostly employees women. Favoritism is very obvious.
