Suggestions for improvement
- Compensate your employees with pay raises. Stop changing the commission rate to suit supervisor needs. Stop with favoritism. Lead by example and make sure your supervisor is actually in the office and not coming and going at all hours of the day and leaving the reps to themselves with no supervision.
I like about the employer
Not much they do not treat employees fairly
I dislike about the employer
No pay raises , Commission few and far between and changes constantly to fit the needs of the individual supervisor and team leads
