Suggestions for improvement
- Again, I would say option to telecommute (even in a limited capacity) would go a long way to increased morale.
Culture is simple - Greedy
Executives do not care about their members, their parks, or their employees.
No support from upper management.
Promoted up with responsibilities, but never with pay. When I finally turned in my 2 week notice, I was offered a position to manage a community, but for $20k less than the person I would be replacing. Difference? I did my job, he didn't - We both had same type of experience and education. So, cannot justify the enormous difference in pay, other than man vs woman.
This is a hard one because the work itself isn't hard, but it's VERY annoying.
One time we closed for a hurricane. That was a blessed day.
