Management asks for constructive criticism but then penalizes/punishes outspoken "whistle blowers."
Suggestions for improvement
- Offer true protection to employees offering supportive criticism or "whistle blowing" statements.
What I dislike about the company
Implemented a "team rule" policy where anyone could offer constructive criticism to any employee. Several times, employees have given honest fact-based opinions to executive level employers, for the good of the company, only to be terminated for un substantiated or non-existing policies.
