Seems like the company overcompensates for past by discriminating against majority in the name of diversity. Are quotas really equality?
Attitude towards older colleagues
No protection as higher paid "older" employees are laid off and then you see similar positions advertised 3 months later. Does offer above average severance which lessens the pain (and some law suits) but they are far from good employee stewards.
