Suggestions for improvement
- If I could have a legitimate conversation with administration, I would alert them to overabundance of extravagance that they indulge in. Some received a bonus that would have employed two of me, they have no genuine concern for the common employee, and don't seem to be in touch with reality. None of the administration truly care about anything more than a high-figured paycheck. I would make everything more transparent - the directors and administration must be 100% honest with everything. No more fraudulent behavior, no more aggressive behavior inspired by the greed of administration, and no more malarkey inhibiting staff from providing the best care possible. I would change the culture to eliminate workplace bullying, make the environment safer, provide each floor and unit with the equipment needed, and do everything I could to go above and beyond for each and every member of the team.
What I like about the company
I have been compensated fairly for the most part. The wages are competitive, opportunities are available for learning and advancement, and most of the staff are wonderful to work with.
