Suggestions for improvement
- EY should educate and instill in its local employees inclusivity and openness to diversity. EY should introduce the locals or at least have constant reminders and communication to locals that the company aims for diversity.
I dislike about the employer
EY advertises diversity and inclusiveness, but local employees are not attuned and open to it creating awkward and uneasy participation of ethnic and diverse people in the team.
