Suggestions for improvement
- Pay for unused vacation and other unused company time off.
What I like about the company
EY was a very good place to work. A large number of employee benefits are available such as legal assistance, elder and child care emergency assistance, and a good bonus plan.
What I dislike about the company
EY and the other Big Four accounting firms require a great deal of productivity such that you are penalized for taking time off as vacation time is factored into available time.
