It used to be good, promoting from within. Once the company went globalization, it all went down hill.
Support from Management
There is no leadership no clear direction since they re-org every 3-4 years. The management don't know where they will be in 3-4 years.
Team work. Lots of red tape.
Communication is poor since there is no clearly defined goals from management aside from reducing IT staff expense.
