Suggestions for improvement
- Keep BSC EAs in every office
Corporate culture. Re-org every 3-4 years. Sending IT jobs over seas to cut cost for partners/principles.
Not a lot of team work since survival is most important
No communication since the management doesn't even know about their own future
Older workers are targeted for layoffs
Look somewhere else. EY doesn't have your career in mind. It's all about their cost/profit.
