Managers are afraid to discuss with their managers. So if you have an idea or if you want something done and it needs upper management support it will be stopped without notice
Suggestions for improvement
- The top management needs to have a conversation and talk about objectives. Middle management needs to not be afraid of their managers and those managers need to look at what employees want instead of what they can do for the lowest possible cost.
