Suggestions for improvement
- Start thinking/acting like a big company. You are no longer the small company you once were. Be proactive, not reactive.
What I dislike about the company
Bonus and merit system is on a curve. You can never be rewarded for all your efforts, not everyone can go above and beyond.
Mentality of get the sale/product now we will fix it later.
They preach work/life balance, but don't work with you.
Internal promotions are always a joke, no point to apply they always already know who they want.
Everything is not always fair or equal amongst positions and departments.
