The company takes advantage of its employees. Changing the incentive plan at the last minute to screw agents out of their monthly bonus. The management team is incompotent; thinking that they know better than their client. They've lost 3 of 5 clients in the past year. The company was under investigation by the state Labor board and had to pay back money to agents then wrote up those same agents on trumped up infractions.
Support from management
None. Senior Management acts like they are better than you. Management does not get slone with each other. They manipulate you to get what they want then get rid of you.
Some team managers work together. Generally, everyone looks to shift blame and responsibility. Senior management is never to blame.
Freedom to work independently
Do your job and get payments. Meet your quota otherwise they penalize the agents and take daily bonuses that they've already earned.
There is no communication culture. Management doesn't want a paper trail unless they want to place blame someone else. Managers are not on the same page; everyone does their own thing.
Mainly women and management allows a male front desk agent to make lude and unwelcomed comments towards the female agents on a daily basis. Commenting on their hair, clothes, their bodies, and wanting to be with them.
Attitude towards older colleagues
As long as you do your job and follow their orders then age doesn't matter.
There are no advancement opportunity.
Overall compensation for your work
Pays approx $10-12/hr while program managers make about $6K/month. Then they let go of agents and take away bonuses.
Office / Work Environment
Agents are emotionally beat down, depressed, struggling, and dealing with harassment.
You find your few friends to help each other make it through the day.
The company comes first, even if they let you off a day they may still hit you with an infraction.
Data side and call center toll authority are on point.
None. If they don't like you, they will find any reason to let you go.
Basics. If you require anything extra then they'll find ways to get rid of you; generally, sighting poor performance or taking too long on breaks, or taking too many breaks regardless of doctors note.
Agents have been hurt onsite; slips and falls. Both the company and building have claimed no fault or responsibility.
Standard call center work. They just keep changing the rules and expectations dsily, weekly, and monthly.
Inclusive / Diverse
Largely minority based. The agents are generally hard workers.
Suggestions for improvement
- Replacing the entire current senior management; VP, project managers, QA manager, and HR manager. The company needs an entire mentality change to stop using agents and treating them as expendable pawns. They need to learn to communicate and work together.

Finding the good people struggling to make it and supporting each other.
