Suggestions for improvement
- As a company with a great reputation, be transparent, respectful, and forthcoming to everyone, not just your customers.
What I like about the company
Was passionate about the medical device I supported. Sales team and managers were very knowledgeable on product, industry, and medical knowledge.
What I dislike about the company
Contractors/per diem were not treated like part of the group. There were different parameters for employees vs contractors relating to expenses, even when we were clearly told there was not. Never felt welcomed at national training meetings. Many contractors were lead to believe they would be offered a position within the company by upper management with no follow through and no explanation for change of heart. Great experience, great company (if you're an employee), great relationship with sales rep.
