Many different shifts available on the lab side and depending on the department working your way up the ladder is doable

Middle managers generally care and want to make things better. Upper management thinks everything is fine.

I have worked here for over 10 years and I still find the work interesting. There is not a lot of room for upward mobili

  • Higher pay for the employees. It is relatively low pay for the education requirements.

What I like about the company

I have had a ton of pleasant coworkers and have never had an issue with personnel

What I dislike about the company

There is not much room for upward mobility. I do not expect to be promoted.
