Increasing management dishonesty and confusion about customer requirements
Really good people that try to meet customer requirements despite lack of leadership
Attitude towards older colleagues
Definitive move in removing long-serving or senior workers to improve bottom-line.
Overall compensation for your work
Below-market salaries, typically. Good for training ground for new hires, though.
Office / Work Environment
Good tools and conditions
Obviously, very boss-dependent. Despite some notorious exceptions, the general environment is family-friendly/considerate.
Most employees talk well of their team; company attitude toward future and employees has confused company image.
Without a clear growth strategy and implementation plan, most jobs are unstable at this time.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse opinions may be heard, but ROI is heavily weighted toward immediate-term which has resulted in many lost (formerly) long-term relationships.
Suggestions for improvement
- New leadership and a decision of whether the company is going to sell off certain groups or grow them.
What I like about the company
The quality of most of the people that were present, though much has changed over the past year.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of operations understanding, tolerance for dishonesty by/from management, unwillingness to grow business, but to merely 'keep things alive'.
