Suggestions for improvement
- I think the gm needs to spend more time talking and getting to know each employee he has working for him, offer more training, and the staff should have more flexible hours to spend time with their families.
I like about the employer
Atmosphere was great, the sales team was helpful when I needed it. I enjoyed alot of the co workers.
I dislike about the employer
Service advisor has a bad day every day, and takes it out on the staff, even customers. When a customer doesn't show to their service apt, he takes it out on you like it's your fault. He was nice and helpful in the beginning, then something changed. The gm is also, a jerk. He is very bipolar and doesn't know how to manager or lead a team. They would get mad if anyone had to leave early, because of sick kids, same with calling in sick. They had a group come out and spend 4 days training me, then dumped me and said they would check in on me, but couldn't be bothered. I had to learn everything on my own. The end result, was a wrongful termination.
