Support from Management
Career services hasn't strong leadership, they have a call center manager rather than a career development manager in place. This results in metrics without value, which in turn amounts to poor customer service to the graduating body of students.
I dislike about the employer
Unreasonable expectations set for the students before they graduate. Promising a career much higher than their experience would allow.
