Suggestions for improvement
- Stop micromanaging things. Try to coach staff that need improvements, rather than telling the entire office they've collectively done something wrong. Stop pitting staff against staff or department against department but then tell everyone they are a team. Show some appreciation for your employees.
What I like about the company
Superior healthcare plan. A lot of time off. Decent pay if you have been there a long time.
What I dislike about the company
No career development and little opportunity for advancement. Management doesn't really manage. They just react and have a very negative attitude toward staff.
