Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of top management. Place control back into the hands of the therapist and Directors of Rehab. Competitive pay with abusive and unethical upper management is not a good balance.
I like about the employer
Nothing. Competitive pay is only temporary bait.
I dislike about the employer
Corporate structure with no control at facility level including hiring, firing, write ups. Have overheard top management state they only need a warm body. Will only pay you higher wage to get you to come aboard. Do not sign productivity contract as they will write up if you are even a few % under and use this if you are not liked. Worst company I have ever worked for as a therapist.
