Company Culture

Your not allowed to become friendly with your fellow workers. If you do, they make it difficult for you. Not allowed to congregate with fellow workers. We always felt as though we had to hide it. When we would go to the Owner of the company to complain about unfairness or something we thought was wrong and tried to rectify it, they would wash their hands of it and leave it up to the CFO to handle it. Terrible atmosphere.

Support from management

The supervisor, meaning the CFO, whom runs the entire company does not listen to any feedback or opinion you may have. She constantly is watching her entire dept like the warden. What she says goes, nothing else. She calls employees names and talks down to everyone. She is very demeaning and constantly watches every move of every employee. Always point out your mistakes and never the good in what you do.

Freedom to work independently

Everyone in the company has an overload of work. Employees do not have any say, nor opinion in the structure of their own area of responsibility. The CFO of the Company runs the entire organization. Its a circus.

Overall compensation for your work

As employees we all were under paid and over worked. They need to hire more employees to take the overload off of the other employees.

Work-Life Balance

If you were out sick for several consecutive days or took several days off at a time, they would question it.

Not at all. Very big turn around. I was there almost 2 years and may have seen at the very least a dozen of employees quit or get fired.

Challenging Work

No matter how well you did your job, it was never recognized.

Suggestions for improvement

  • They need to put someone else in charge. They need someone in charge in each dept.,,,ex: Human Resource, Accounting, Real Estate Sales, Building Mgmt. There needs to be someone in charge in each dept that can make proper decisions and take charge of their own depts. instead of just one person for the entire company.
