Suggestions for improvement
- A lot of favor is placed on seniority of staff. Those who are at the company longer get favor when selecting holidays and weekends to work. Newer employees get less flexibility with these decisions and are often told they will have to cover the lease desireable shifts. This leads to lower staff retention for new employees.

I’ve received raises each year. There are a lot of friendly people in the work environment
