Very high turnover of employees leaving. Benefits are not good.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to look at the way they treat employees overall to keep people from quitting and the pay scale. Need to look at administration and whether or not they deal with people fairly.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Very high turnover, favoritism, when trying to move to another position they give many excuses why you can't have the position even when you are qualified and give it to someone they like better. They are not easy to work with if you have any family issues. They bend the rules for certain people. Don't treat everyone the same or on an individual basis. Pay is below pay scale for most jobs.
