The director in 2015 was very unorganized and didn't know how to talk employees when stressful situations arose.
Teachers worked great together
Rarely any feedback on how your doing or how the company is doing. Communication is lost a lot of times between director and employees
It's a lot of favoritism.
Expect you to work even when you have the flu. They get upset when you call out because of weather or illness.
