The training I received was excellent. I was hired with a group of about 25 people and really learned a lot.

Freedom to work independently

Pay was good, with performance rated bonuses every three months. People were friendly and helpful.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Many supervisors were in their 20’s and 30’s. 50 and 60 yr old employees (me included) were treated a little disrespectfully in regards to their technical and IT knowledge. We still got the job done and received bonuses, though not the higher rate.
