Support from management
Leadership doesn't listen to the operators and provides unsubstantial support.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hold customers accountable to their contracts. Don't burden employees with out scope profile issues just to make more money.
What I like about the company
They have great benefits and leadership training is great.
What I dislike about the company
The work/life balance at many of the sites is terrible.
