Suggestions for improvement
- Get people that actually care for the workers and understands how the human body actually works. They'd spend less money finding workers if they invested the time trying to figure out how not to kill them.
I like about the employer
Their managers and team leads are amazing and easy to talk to. Completely understanding. The company is also environmentally aware, not friendly, but aware.
I dislike about the employer
They think that just because they have a mechanical engineer they understand how every humans body works, they do not. They set and incredibly high standard for people to reach and then wonder why they can't keep people, why people are always so tired, or why they cut corners. None of the people setting the standards have actually gone on the floor and tried to keep up with the numbers.
