Suggestions for improvement
- It would be great to bring back the pension plan other than that, nothing.
What I like about the company
The company has extensive training programs to assist in readying you for your next position. We are leaving carted in 48 states so sometimes you may have to relocate for the next position in the career path and that works for me.
The leadership team communicates frequently about the state of the company and there are various avenues for employees to communicate to the leadership team. The culture is open
What I dislike about the company
We recently discontinued the defined benefit pension plan for new hires which I think is a mistake. With so many company’s ending or freezing their plans, continuing our would have been a great differentiator for attracting and retaining the best talent.
