Suggestions for improvement
- Stop micromanaging good associates. Focus that attention on the bad apples that need it. Recognize the good people you have and find a way to keep them happy before they all leave and the company is left with all the bad apples who couldn't care any less about the success ijs the company.
What I like about the company
Christmas holiday parties. Employee appreciation week. Health and dental insurance available day 1.
What I dislike about the company
Very micromanaged. Employees ideas and feedback not valued. Get too good at your role and expect no further advancement. Used to be a great place to work until about 2 years ago when they started bringing in a ton of managers and associates from one of our biggest competitors. Slowly but surely they have started to make us just like that company which everyone who came from there on an associate level had nothing good to say about that company.
