Overall, my coworkers were friendly and helpful.
Freedom to work independently
Our work is primarily independent, so the company trusted us greatly to uphold the standards of the business.
The company communicated mostly via email, and in person with check-ins on progress and improvements.
There was no recycling
You could make your own schedule and ask off when you needed to, but you didn't get paid for that time.
The building was on the second floor and had an elevator.
Suggestions for improvement
- Less downtime, being on call unless you had appointments scheduled
What I like about the company
I had excellent coworkers who were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed assisting the repeat clients I had. Another great aspect was being able to take workout classes for free led by fantastic instructors.
What I dislike about the company
The scheduling process could be improved, maybe by having fewer people work at one time in order to guarantee each employee would have a sufficient number of clients. It also might help if certain employees could be on call in case significantly more people wanted to schedule appointments.
