Suggestions for improvement
- They can suspend someone without pay for a first offense instead of letting the person go. Losing good people to work for you can cost you in the long run. Need an overhaul in management and in the Corporate office. To many Chiefs with no clue how to do their jobs, and not enough indians.
I like about the employer
The pay was great, and some very friendly co-workers.
I dislike about the employer
No life-work balance. Very rare to have family time. Have to work on holidays, but they payed triple time to make up for it. Work schedule is 6-7 days a week, having to work with Lead and Battery acid consistently. They also have ridiculous policies. One false move and...BAM,,you're gone! I found that out..
