Who wants an office? We have the Cloud Office. Otherwise, we all work at home.

Work as little or as much as you like. Nobody pushes you out of the company unless you stop paying monthly fees or perhaps attract a license violation.
Virtual operations make working from home easy. Field work in real estate (showing houses, taking listings) would take some planning. It's possible to simply be a lead generator, deal maker, and/or recruiter without every leaving home.
