Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs to learn what lower management is doing. You have some real problems with some of your people--there actions are just lawsuits waiting to happen.
I like about the employer
Almost nothing--I met some great people that I am still friends with.
I dislike about the employer
Almost everything. Discrimination, ageism, favoritism and subliminal bullying was part of every work day. I was falsely accused of sexual harassment of fellow employee--my part of the story was not even investigated. I was fired.
