Suggestions for improvement
- More opportunities to work remotely. Change dress code to business casual for desk level operations.
The company really cares employees learning and supporting them with training, classes, tuition, trying new career paths. They have a good intern program and like to have a diverse background of employees. If you work, the compensation will come.
The company has a strict dress code. I agree dressing for success however it may turn away some very bright talent.
Repressive to women. I saw one female manager sexually harassed, reported it, and nothing was investigated.
Hard to elicit information from co-workers.
They have a need-to-know attitude. Co-worker was given a review stating they didn't meet the 10-per-month install rate. She created a graph showing the average for all workers over the past 5 years was 6.7 installs per month. On only two occasions had anyone exceeded 10-per-month.
