Support from management
There is none. They don't even know how to do the job. Just expect others to work their butts off
None work load is uneven.
Freedom to work independently
Management doesn't communicate anything
All managers are males
Attitude towards older colleagues
They wont hire elderly
They wont let anyone move into management. It would cut into management's bonus's
Overall compensation for your work
Under paid. They shove work down your throat and never want to pay you for doing more and more. Managers on the other hand make huge bonus's by keeping employees under paid and over pricing customers.
Office / Work Environment
Everyone is stuck up
Get in at 7am and don't leave until 5pm
They think they are business professional but they are just monkeys in suits pushing buttons while admin employees run the entire company.
They will fire you if you cost them money
None at all
There's no help. You have to figure everything out for yourself.

- Fire all the managers.
