Poor. Problem with entitlement
Support from management
No clear goals by exec. managment, undermining of middle administration and their goals and expectations of staff, making middle administration look poorly to staff.
Great teamwork among middle administration
Freedom to work independently
No, middle administration is constantly micromanaged and treated in a condescending manner.
Not enough communication between executive administration and middle admin.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Too heavy on younger staff and entitlement among the staff is perpetuated by an unbalanced set of expectations and lack of consequences.
Overall compensation for your work
No. Salaried employees are made to work well beyond 40 hours a week with little encouragement and compensation.
Office / Work Environment
Absolutely no work life balance for Directors and middle admin. Expected to work exceptionally long hours, bring work home, and discouraged from taking vacation. admin were constantly expected to respond to executive admin needs at night, on weekends and on vacation via text message, email and phone calls. Repremanded for scheduling time off. Don't expect to have any sort of mental health.
No, I could no longer respect the standards and behavior of executive administration.
Employees are bribed with more money to stay with the company if they give their notice.
