Support from management
An emotionally abusive environment for all employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- A reassessment of those in leadership positions, they don't have the best interests of the people receiving services at heart. They are in it for what's best for their pocket books and hiring all of their friends while firing people with long longevity and institutional knowledge.
What I like about the company
It used to be a great place that actually lived up to the mission.
What I dislike about the company
It is no longer that place. Decisions are made without considering the employees and the people that are served.
