The leadership is focused strictly on delivery. The leadership does not care if employees are over-worked or strained. The leadership does not care if an employee makes personal sacrifices. The thank-you's are few and far between. The financial awards are even more scarce.
The sense of teamwork among the employees is very strong. In spite of poor leadership, the sense of teamwork is extremely strong within employees. Most employees are always willing to help and willing to provide guidance when it is needed.
