Support from management
When I was there, management was a little over micro. They wanted to change and took strides to do so. Spoke often about allowing individuals to manage themselves but rarely succeeded in allowing them. Pressure from the top often rained down and created a tense atmosphere. It is a high pressure workplace by nature of the work they performed. Lacks a culture of greatness. I did love the work we put out.
Suggestions for improvement
- Create a top down inclusive culture that allows everyone know the standards, and everyone to be invested in the company. Mandatory training and non mandatory training
