Support from management
Plant managers awesome. He's not new to the game, and is very supportive.
High paced production, so if everyone didn't work together, it would be impossible.
Freedom to work independently
Everybody's just trying to get it done.
Pretty good compared to most places.
Definitely no biast for gender.
Hah! They even had a couple transgenders working 2nd shift.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Wasn't many older colleagues, but the few there were definitely respected
Some room for advancement. Not really though.
Overall compensation for your work
Not bad working maintenance. Production workers could be paid a little more. Probably wouldn't have such a high turnover rate.
Office / Work Environment
Good morale overall
Great operation, so very mini.al waste.
Depends on the shift you work. Hard to have a regular life and family working their 2nd shift.
Great as far as I can tell
Seemed like everything was kindof up in the air a lot. Being a 3rd party logistics operation, a lot depends on the product sales, etc. , And the contract that keeps the operation in existence.
Don't see why not
Followed all protocols
Yes and no. Kindof clear cut.
Inclusive / Diverse
Production heads are Latin, and it seemed that non Latins were kindof given the cold shoulder. Eventually, I noticed that what started as an EXTREMELY diverse lineup when the doors opened, became(within about 6 months) 95-98% Latin.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay for production workers.
What I like about the company
They had better health benefits than anyone I've ever seen.
