Suggestions for improvement
- No comment other than don't be afraid to spend the bucks on at least one more good sales executive and a competent project management professional. It might get you more sales in the high tech radio systems solution market and keep your collective long term success moving forward for all the employees.
I like about the employer
Not a lot.
I dislike about the employer
Cheap tight ass owner & management. Won't spend the money or time to compete in a high technology market. Only one (1) sales person who actually understands what it takes to succeed in the radio SYSTEMS integration & sales marketplace. They are small and not getting any bigger any time soon. Seems like they did not learn from their management experiences at Motorola Solutions or their work & relationships with Motorola IDEN products. Their best days are way behind them and they will be lucky to be in business more than a couple more years.
