Suggestions for improvement
- The only suggestion I have is when an employee is new the managers or even the employees that have worked there for a while should take more time to train the new employees. I mostly trained myself by observing other employees and asking questions. Not everyone would be comfortable with that and would need more help.
I like about the employer
Express is a great place to work because they really do put their customers first. You can really develop strong customer service skills. They also have a great system online that allows you to bid on work shifts, request time off, and see your schedule. It's very convenient.
